It is in this gathering that the new Board for 2017 – 2018 will be elected as well as the approval of the budget for 2016, and NPCC Articles of Association.

- Opening of the GA, by the President of NPCC
- Approval of the agenda for the gathering
- Election of :
- Moderator and Vote counter
- Referee and person to counter sign the minutes
- Presentation of NPCC activities, by NPCC President Ewa Danela Burdon
- Presentation/approval of NPCC finances/accounts, by the Board Member Katarzyna Nowicka
- Presentation of the proposed NPCC Board, by the Chair of Election Committee, Jozef Pacyna
- Presentation/Approval of NPCC Articles of Association
- Presentation of new tool, NPCC considers to introduce, to improve membership-services, by Arian Malek from pure help.no
The Board meeting will take place right after GA.
Non-board GA´s participants may continue the networking & mingling, with light refreshments, until 12.00.
