NPCC member Unihouse hosted at their factory premisses in Bielsk Podlaski seminar on “Modular construction: quality, ecology, innovations». The event, that gathered over 100 participants from Poland and abroad representing construction business, R&D, universities as well as local authorities, was the most interesting presentation of the «world of modules».
The professor of Bialystok University of Technology Mr. Jaroslaw Szewczyk showed visionary architectural projects, Kristian Stensrud from Heimdal Bolig AS was talking about wooden modules and projects successfully built by Unihouse in Norway. Manager of of the Unihouse R&D Department, together with Prof. Czeslaw Miedzialowski from Bialystok University of Technology was presenting facts and myths, based on scientific research, about wooden construction. Jan Isgård from CRAMO, was talking about the future of modular construction in Europe, while Tomasz Perkowski, manager of Unihouse Design Department, presented what and how Unihose builds. And they build beautiful things!
Before all the guests could visit a new factory that Unihouse opened at the very day of event, 8th of May 2018, , Mr. Roman Jakubowski, Director of Unihouse Brranch of Unibet SA presented new challenges and new exciting products the will be «born» at the Unihouse new factory in Bielsk Podlaski.
NPCC, that participated as well in the event and together with other participants planted some trees in front of the new factory, wishes Unihouse success with all…modular business endeavours!
